The MingJiang Zhu 200 is hand-crafted with premium Asian deeply flamed maple and well-seasoned spruce. The violin is lightweight and very easy to play. MingJiang Zhu only uses high quality wood that is particularly strong, so the plate can be made thinner, yet hold its integrity and develop better tone as it ages. This violin is powerful and complex in sound and features an antiqued golden brown varnish.
